The IAEA’s Energy System Assessment Tools are available to IAEA’s Member States and International Organizations free of charge and for non-fee services as outlined in the Release Forms. Interested parties should contact the IAEA and ask for a tool release. The IAEA also offers a comprehensive capacity building programme through its Technical Cooperation Department, through which it cooperates with other international organizations.
