The Asian Development Bank (ADB), the US agency for International Development (USAID), and the Korea Energy Management Corporation (KEMCO) are pleased to announce that the Asia Clean Energy Forum 2016 will be held in Manila during the week of 6-10 June 2016.
ADB initiated the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF) in 2006, with the aim of sharing best practices in policy, technology, and finance to meet the region’s climate and energy security challenges. ACEF is a unique event, with a mix of pre-form “Deep Dive Workshops”; plenary sessions with top-level keynote speakers; and panel discussions and on specific topics of interest to the practitioners who make up the Asia Clean Energy Community. During ACEF 2015, a total of 1,500 people from 64 countries participated in the forum events, and more than 200 expert speakers presenting on a wide range of issues facing the clean energy sector.
Those who are interested in presenting their work and ideas at ACEF should respond to the CALL FOR ABSTRACTS, which will be issued in January 2016.
More details about ACEF 2016 will be share in the weeks and months to come. Updates on ACEF 2010 will be made on the forum web site early in the New Year at: www.asiacleanenergyforum.org
