The International Partnership on Mitigation and MRV and the UNDP Low Emission Capacity Building Programme invite you to the first in a series of webinars on the Global Good Practice Analysis 2.0 on INDCs, LEDS, NAMAs and MRV systems.
The Global Good Practice Analysis is a joint initiative by the International Partnership on Mitigation and MRV and the UNDP Low Emission Capacity Building Programme. It documents 40 examples of mitigation-related good practice worldwide that demonstrate how INDCs, LEDS, NAMAs and MRV systems are being effectively designed and implemented across a range of national contexts. The resulting good practice case studies provide rich insights from countries on successes and lessons learned that can be disseminated internationally to support increased mitigation ambition. See all cases here: http://mitigationpartnership.net/gpa
The first two kick-off webinars, the first in a series of webinars will be to present the main findings and lessons learned from the global good practice cases. Country representatives will provide practice-based insights into effective approaches to achieving mitigation at the country level and showcase lessons learnt from selected cases. The inaugural webinars aim at showing the potential of knowledge sharing through networks and partnerships in order to promote mitigation action.
