The registration for the next E-Learning course of “Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance” (CECRF) starting on September 1, 2015 is now open.

The six-month course is offered twice a year by FS-UNEP Centre jointly with Frankfurt School’s LinkEd team, starting in March and September.

In eleven modules Silvia Kreibiehl, Head of Centre, and Prof. Dr. Ulf Moslener, Centre Head of Research, provide an insight on risks and impacts of Climate Change, possibilities to replace traditional power generation with Renewable Energy as well as financing possibilities. The course is suitable for both public and private sector practitioners, including entrepreneurs, project developers, private investors, initiator/fund houses, international development finance consultants and managers, plant operators and manufacturers, engineers and advisory professionals (e.g. law firms, business and tax consultants). Other interested parties, such as academics in relevant fields, are of course also welcome to register to the course. The approach of the online certification course allows participants to juggle their busy work schedules and professional development over the course period of 6 months. After completion of the course, the participants have the opportunity to sit for the final exam and earn a Frankfurt School certificate. The final exam can be taken at one of 60 exam venues around the world.
